To achieve the proper look you will want to uncheck SRGB on the metallic and roughness texture in Unity and set the color space to non color in Blender for the metallic, roughness, and normal maps

-Standard Edition: The Standard suit, no boots, jacket, or belt

-Deluxe Edition: Everything in the Standard Edition along with: The Classic+ textures and the X-Men Evolution Suit

The ZIP file you will receive 4k texture maps for base color, normal map, metallic map, and roughness.
