You will not find any Lair Shop models in this pack, be careful to read the description of each pack thoroughly

The ZIP file you will receive 4k texture maps for base color, normal map, metallic map, and roughness.

To achieve the proper look you will want to uncheck SRGB on the metallic and roughness texture in Unity and set the color space to non color in Blender for the metallic, roughness, and normal maps
