Textures and Lenses made to be used with The Lair Shops Miles Base Model. These are textures only and do not include any model.

To achieve the proper look you will want to uncheck SRGB on the metallic and roughness texture in Unity and set the color space to non color in Blender for the metallic, roughness, and normal maps

The ZIP file you will receive 4k texture maps for base color, a normal map, a metallic map, and a roughness.
